Tier 1 models user survey

We are now in the process of completing the conceptual evaluation of the different models and are building a project database with data from a variety of workplaces.  We are also making good progress with our evaluation of the user-friendliness of the models, and would welcome your assistance with this part of the study.

To help us in assessing their ease of use and performance, we would like to gather feedback on the different tools from a wide variety of stakeholders, and would therefore be grateful if you could complete a short online survey by clicking on the link below.

To allow us to complete this part of the project in good time, please submit your completed questionnaire by Thursday 21st June 2012.

IOM also aims  to hold a workshop with a small number of users to test the reliability of the different models’ estimates using a set of standard exposure situations.  Depending on feedback from questionnaire respondents, this event will either be a face-to-face session in Edinburgh, UK, or will take place via the internet using a webinar format.  If you are interested in participating in the workshop, which will take place in September 2012, please complete your details at the end of the questionnaire.

All questionnaire responses will be anonymised for the purposes of analysis, therefore you will only be contacted by a member of the project team if you provide us with your details and indicate that you are happy for us to get in touch.
As a small thank you, if you wish, on completion of the questionnaire, your details will be entered into a prize draw to win a 50€ gift voucher.  The prize draw will take place during the week commencing 25 June 2012.”
